BMCA Residency Program for Chinese Artists
BMCA Residency Program for Chinese Artists

The Blue Mountain (BMCA) residency program aims to support emerging Chinese contemporary artists as well as to promote Sino-Israeli culture exchange.  The program will sponsor up to 6 artists to visit Israel in the first year for about a month.

The purpose of the program is to give select Chinese artists the opportunity to be exposed to, and operate in, Israel’s vibrant art world as well as gain insight into the country’s unique history.

The artists will reside and work in Blue Mountain’s studio space in Tel Aviv or Jerusalem. Blue Mountain will provide resident artists with unique opportunities to explore the local art scene and meet and potentially collaborate with local artists as well as leading curators and institutions.

Select work by the resident artists may be exhibited in exhibitions in Israel and in China.

Artists interested in applying for the BMCA Artists Residency Program are invited to do so by the 1th of October 2017.

Interested artists should submit:
